Well hey there, sorry for yellin at ya in the title. Glad to see you stopped by! I just found this video on Youtube for an Incredible PvP idea! This needs to spread like wildfire! We already know we can get Bungie's attention and cause them to respond if the rollout of TTK was any indication, so lets get their attention with this great idea! The video linked explains a new crucible mode/event that would be solely based around factions.Basically: faction wars. How cool would this be? Having some context and meaning to sport your Dead Orbit cloak or New Monarchy mark? All credit for this idea goes to the OP of the vid, who goes by the name Kackis. 1 ответSadly this won't happen (not to add to the pessimism of this forum), but Bungie has yet to do any actual updates that aren't just before an expansion releases. When it was just TDB we didn't see any updates for months, and we most likely wont be seeing any major updates again (updates that aren't bug fixes) until the Taken King, and then there will be months of no updates until the next expansion.

1 ответIt's a good idea, but it's missing...something. I mean, it's pretty dang cool, but still...You can't change for a WEEK!?! That's not cool. Like Kackis said, if one faction has an OP weapon, but you didn't pick that one, that's not fair. Maybe if you pick a faction before you enter the match, every time. That would be good.

Hey everyone! Looks like this went trending in just a couple hours. Completely blown away by the amount of people on board for this and how quickly everyone's responded! I've just reposted this on the FeedBack page, if you've got an extra second to spare maybe jump over there and give it a bump? Not for my sake by any means, simply to get this commotion going over where the devs/Deej, might be more likely to be looking (and a small, naive part of me hopes they really do :D at least around 10:30 EST lol) Just want to reiterate that this is not my idea at all, just something I felt needed some attention! 6 отв.Faction wars would be stupid in Destiny. Aside from a pointless cape and emblem, the factions do absolutely nothing for us... like most of the rest of the game.

Bump, it would create some sort of meaning to having factions. Like they were supposed to have.
