sounds cool, id like bungie to come up with more perks that make exotics more fun than the usual legendary.
how about a rocket launcher that kills in immediate blast area and any splash damage blinds npcs for a time, or a scout rifle that has a secondary fire that can teleport you where you aim but with a 2-3 min cooldown.
or a gun that makes enemies fight for you with a limit of 2 can be controlled at any one time.
or a sidearm that can freeze enemies in place for 20 secs, we could make a whole thread devoted to this.
its why i like last word the most, its got a great feel no legendary has.

steady on mate, they're just ideas. was just trying to show there are alot of things that could make exotics more interesting. some would need tweaked, some would be only used against npcs only etc etc if its pvp you're worried about, then yeah but im thinking more about pve stuff, i dont play pvp

So it would only work on the fallen, vex, cabal, etc?

well i understand some things wont translate to pvp as it would be OP, but i cant see them breaking pve provided they had the right restrictions/balance.
