I spec into armor mainly, then speed. Recovery isn't much use considering I use transfusion in pve or I'm in cover so the regen speed isn't that important. If my health gets low in pvp, either I'm dead or just finished killing someone with no one else around. High armor=not getting 2 shot by ill will or timur's lash. Decent speed: at least I make it to the heavy before assholes take it and leave without waiting. Also higher jump. Better Control jump + agility is almost as high as Higher Jump, but offers more control.
