Arms, with chest/shoulders being a close second/third.
Im amazed Legs is winning. Thats what I picked, but so many people avoid legs entirely.
I really don't know why, but I look forward to working my upper back and shoulders.
Fun fact : I've never actually seen the inside of a gym.
Cardio. Especially if I snag the treadmill behind that hot soccer mom.
