Now, I'm not the kind of guy that rips apart developers over tiny, miniscule details. Everyone makes mistakes, right?
But Bungie, you went too far with this one. I can handle the OP Interceptors on First Light, I can handle the Shingen-C wrecking absolutely everything in Iron Banner and the Crucible. But what I can't get over is how you left the dang lights on!
It's been centuries since the last humans have been able to service these things. There's no way they could still be working! They would have fizzled out and died centuries ago, and the wiring and other bits holding them together would have corroded away as well. And don't try and pull the "But the Fallen have generators powered by Space Magic!" argument. The fallen have their own lights they use, this is just bad story telling.
This is a game breaking flaw on Bungies part. When I play a game, I want to immerse myself in everything it has to offer. But when I look up and see these lights, still burning bright after centuries of Warfare and neglect, I'll think to myself, "Dang Bungie, you just ruined the game for thousands of your fans simply by leaving the lights on..."
