If it took you a decent amount of time to come to that decision, you're still indecisive. Indecisive can also be used to describe a person in general, not just this specific instance. Meaning you can decide on something like this after some period of time, and still be indecisive in general regarding most other things.

Well, if time weren't an issue, you'd still be able to make the choice. Time isn't a part of the equation, but I see what you're getting at.

Not every site or book will give you a repeated definition, but that is certainly part of a more prominent description among them, or at the very least is implied. Taking time, or just generally having a difficult time choosing something is generally described as indecisiveness. If you chose to be indecisive in this specific example, it doesn't necessarily go against anything unless the person openly stated the decision was easy and was made within seconds.
