What exactly is the problem...? It always shows search results for Bungie, no matter what you actually search for?
We may be seeing different things; I see proper search results, but I'm assuming you see a page saying the results couldn't be found? I had the same problem for a couple days last week, but it cleared up on its own.
Type in: chrome://chrome/ and see if it says your version is up to date.

Edited by The Manliest Man: 4/5/2013 10:01:08 PMI get a thing that says "This Webpage is Not Available", followed by "The webpage at https://www.google.com/search?q=adf&rlz=1C1TSNP_enUS464US464&aq=f&oq=adf&aqs=chrome.0.57j60j61l2j65j61.493j0&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." and then this error code. "Error 15 (net::ERR_SOCKET_NOT_CONNECTED): Unknown error." I just put in Bungie for an example because I closed out of the window the error first occurred in. EDIT- I checked, my Chrome is up to date.

Edited by Recon Number 54: 4/5/2013 10:10:18 PMYou may be having a DNS issue. You may want to try this, if it works, then good. If it doesn't, then put it back. Change your DNS servers to Google. 8.8.8.8 8.8.4.4 And see if that helps.

I couldn't figure out how to change my DNS settings, so I closed and re-opened Chrome, because like a dummy, I didn't think of that initially. Nonetheless, thank you.

Weird. Like I said, the same thing happened to me and it just cleared up on it's own. I'm not sure what to do.
