IMO following is more about helping the followers find content (of interest to them) than it is about the ego, status, or e-Peen of the followed. With that said and to relate to the OP's pic. [spoiler]I have binders of followers.[/spoiler] Sorry, it had to be said.

  • Wait, a Master Ninja has binders of followers? Mind=Blown But really, you're one of the small group of people on this site that doesn't make an ass of themselves in pretty much any situation. I think with age comes wisdom? In some cases, not all of course.

    I tend to agree with you, though not eveyone is the same. I follow people not only for content, but also I'll follow if they make a good thread and have only a few followers. We are a community, and as such, followers play a crucial role. I wouldn't want to have anyone feel exiled because they don't feel as if they have enough followers. I agree with the OP, there should be an option to hide who, and how many followers you have, it makes good sense.
