What will happen now that Queen Elizabeth II, died.
Aside all the memes of her supposedly being a vampire or immortal, I know Charles III is now the King. But I can imagine that Elizabeth's death will have a large impact on England, Wales, Northern Ireland (...) And Scotland, so what will happen.

The only ‘useful’ role the monarch has is to be a diplomat and a figurehead for national unity; so as long as Charles can do that as well as his mother, nothing much will change within the country. Having said that, people are becoming less and less enamoured with the idea of the monarchy, so it’s likely that The Queen was the last one that many people will actually care about. I’m sure as hell not looking forward to Charles’ face plastered all over my money and passport. Materially the changes are superficial. Things with ‘HRH’ written on them (the official ‘property’ of the monarchy, like various buildings) now read ‘His Royal Highness’ rather than ‘Her’. Things with her initials on (ER) will be changed to his. Money and passports change like I said before, and the anthem now goes “God save the King” etc.
