I just built a new gaming PC. I downloaded Destiny 2 through Steam and every time I try to start the game, it crashes at the load screen. My PC exceeds the minimum requirements for Destiny 2. I spent all day trying every piece of advice I could find online. Here is a list of everything I have tried:
1. Made sure drivers and OS are up-to-date.
2. Disabled screen overlay apps.
3. Tried running Destiny as Admin.
4. Cleared caches everywhere I could think to clear caches
5. Deleted and reinstalled Destiny.
6. Validated installation files within Steam.
7. Disabled Windows Defender firewalls and anti-virus.
8. Probably did some other stuff that I can't think of right now.
My PC Hardware:
1. Windows 10 Pro
2. Asus Prime Z690 M Plus D4 Motherboard
3. 32 GB DDR4 RAM
4. 12th Gen Intel Core i7 processor
5. EVGA GeForce RTX 3080 Graphics Card
6. 2 TB M.2 NVME storage
I really don't see why I should be having this much trouble getting this game to work. It's literally a brand new PC with not much on it that should be causing any conflict. I have not done any overclocking at this point and I let NVIDIA Automatically optimize settings for games. Any suggestions?

Is there a way to contact Bungie directly about this issue? I've had this post active for a week. I've literally tried everything I can find from internet resources. I have almost 30 minutes of play logged in this game with it crashing at the load screen after a few seconds, if that tells you how many times I have tried something that didn't work and restarted the game. I'm so frustrated with this issue that I'm about to just delete it from my PC and quit playing it on my console. This is crap.

I have the same issue on my build and I come to find out it crashes right before the character load screen so I think it is a server connection issue which causes the crash.
