error code TURTLE

I’ve tried everything from uninstalling and reinstalling, to restarting the internet and Xbox. I’ve cleared my cache many times, I have 0% packet loss. Keep in mind this is a brand new Xbox series x and this has been happening for two weeks. Can anyone help?
