About once every 2 hours I will receive a "Contacting Destiny 2 servers" message twice and then get booted to the main menu with the Error message "Weasel", I have unlinked almost all additional applications as it was stated that that could be an issue, I have rebooted my Modem and Router multiple times and it is still unresolved, this is coming fresh off a Crashing bug that was related to Nvidia cards to which the only way to fix was to change to the development driver.
Cross save is noted as one potential cause of this but when I go to deactivate I am told to wait 90 days to do so as I have purchased silver....... why...... that seems like a bit much and with these Weasel errors are going to make the game a pain in the -blam!- to play for almost 3 months.
I can not be expected to deal with a 2-hour crash every day for 3 months and that's if the cross save is causing it, Bungie please investigate the issue because it is getting ridiculous.
I'm trying to be respectful and calm about this but after 3 weeks and no results or word from Bungie I am starting to lose my cool.

Hi there. As the Weasel help article states, "Cross Save does NOT cause WEASEL errors". If you attempt to fix the error by disabling Cross Save, you will lock yourself out of Cross Save for 90 days and still get the error. Bungie is aware of the current surge of Weasel errors and is investigating.
