Repeated Weasel error persisting for months

Hello, the Weasel Error is something I have been running into for months now (pre Witch Queen) and has interrupted all manner of activities, whether it's a nightfall, crucible or a dungeon instance. From what I understand it is related to cross-play, which I have enabled with my PlayStation account. In the time since first receiving the error, no attempt has been made to login on multiple platforms at once, which is the usual cause of the error. My PC has a wired internet connection and the PlayStation is wireless. If anyone from Bungie has any more fixes to try (I have tried the ones Bungie suggests) or if anyone from the general community has had the same experience, any advice is greatly appreciated as this prevents me from being a reliable teammate for raiding and PvP. Thanks for your time. (Edit: Another potential cause is a game ban, but I haven't done anything to warrant a ban nor am restricted from normal play.)
