So hear me out.
I was banned in november 2020 for using Process Hacker, i didn't use any cheats/hacks whatsoever, i didn't even play PvP so much. I know it's because PH because i downloaded and installed it that day. Then i've tested it on f2p accounts, everytime you've run PH you got banned. So i record the whole process and sent it to Bungie, after a few days i still got "your appeal has denied" response.
I've tried to appeal multiple times through out the years but with no luck.
But then i've found this video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=m59c_I0MgW4 from popular destiny youtuber about some guy who was banned for the same reason as me and he got unbanned after a few days. He got unbanned because he got traction on social media and i'm still banned to this day and how is this fair? Just because i can't get enough attention on twitter?
In the comments there are lot of people who are in the same situation as me and we can't get any response from Bungie.
You can even google it and find multiple links where people describing the same problem with PH and Destiny.

This is just not okay.

Hi there! The Bungie forums are not able to assist with appeals of restrictions or bans. However, there is a process in place for you to appeal your ban or restriction. Please review the ban or restriction appeal contact form found here. Please note that, as mentioned in the article, there is no guarantee for a response, nor is there a guarantee that your ban or restriction will be overturned. For more information on Bungie's policy regarding bans and restrictions, please review the policy found here.

After a revision, a lot of Process Hacker bans were overturned, but not all of them; some were upheld. https://www.bungie.net/en/Explore/Detail/News/50975
In December 2021, we began a survey of risky behaviors that we felt were mitigated by BattlEye. Based on the review we’ve identified 68 players that were banned in association with the use of ProcessHacker since August 2021. Of those, 61 players were identified as having no other indicators they were attempting to attack Destiny 2. These players were unbanned as of January 24th.
2 RepliesThis will not be discussed on this forum. If you have been told
"your appeal has denied"
nothing more can be done. You knew that Processhacker would cause a ban yet you still tried on multiple accounts. You have no one to blame but yourself. This game does not need cheats if you have to cheat at Destiny then you are not a gamer and should stop. The game also does not need cheaters like yourself. Regardless of what Bungie did with the other person, other factors could have been involved that we are unaware of.

SwatHere since 2008. Yup, I'm old. - old
All bans are final and if your appeal has been denied, there is nothing you can do. Maybe don't download cheats just to play a video game?
