A month ago players were 6 stacking constantly. You could see it in the Fireteam app. People were constantly posting. 2.0kd or Better 6 stack. Pubstomp. So these players were going in Crucible and pubstomping a lot of solo players. Bungies horrible lobby balancing was also a contributing factor. The players that did this (and it was a lot of players) now have inflated KDs and Elos. 6 stacking makes Crucible a cake walk. Now that SBMM has been introduced, those same players are going against actual skilled players that don't have an inflated Kd. Those players that 6 stacked a month ago aren't really 2.0kd players. They developed a false sense of skill.

2 RepliesDepends on the stack. I guarantee you there are several six stacks in existence right now that are so absolutely stacked they can't be properly challenged with solos, any solos. There is a six stack in the game that had a 100+ win streak in CBMM, and I bet you it didn't change since they're still matching solos. Your over-genralized claims aside, that's the real issue. SBMM had no business launching until the preferential matchmaking or team skilll criteria bungie mentioned was ready as well.
