Hello, hope you guys are doing good. I was trying to unlink my epic account from cross save and mistakenly disabled the whole cross save thing. Now I cannot play the game for 3 months as I shifted to pc from PS. Is there anyway you guys can fix it? I am ready to provide all the required information. Please this is a request as I am a content creator for Destiny and stream on Twitch too. https://www.twitch.tv/aneeshriat here is my twitch link. I have been playing the game since it came out. I really though that it would ask me to unlink one specific account but I couldn't see that option. Please help me for the same as I won't be able to play the game for 3 months which will be crazy. I love this game and play it everyday. Please help me get the thing back. I can provide any information required for all the verifications all the proofs. Thank you! I know bungie will help me.

Edited by ADragonWithin: 9/3/2022 7:38:23 PMPlease note that you cannot unlink a game platform account while Cross-Save is active; you had to disable Cross-Save in order to attempt to unlink your Epic account. Along with that, when you linked your Epic account, it did mention you cannot unlink the Epic account for 90 days after linking it. Disabling Cross-Save for any reason will impose the 90-day security lockout during which time you cannot re-enable Cross-Save with any of the platform accounts that were part of that Cross-Save; this 90-day security lockout is mentioned on every single page of the disabling process. The lockout is applied to each of the platform accounts, so even creating a new Bungie.net profile and re-linking them there will also not allow you to bypass the mandatory lockout. Don't try it as a workaround, it won't work, and will cause you more issues as you'll lose any Bungie.net rewards you've earned on this profile. Unfortunately, the policy applies equally to all, and you must wait out the time period before you can re-enable Cross-Save. Please note that you can play the game during the time when you cannot enable Cross-Play; you are not locked out of playing the game; that choice is entirely yours to make. During this time, you'll only have access to your Playstation save data while playing on the Playstation.

15 Replies1. The only way to remove a account is to disable cross save first. 2. No. You will have to wait out the cooldown period like everyone else. Being a streamer makes no difference. In fact if you are popular means that more than anyone else the rules stand to set a even level for all players. To even try that excuse means nothing. Do a search for "Cross save issues" on Bungie.net or the Destiny app to bring up a help guide which covers this.
