Does anyone know what weapon foundry that the new exotic auto-rifle is from?

It's a Weapon from Neomuna that has Advanced Nano Technology that makes SIVA Primitive.

Maybe cassoid? The emblem you get from ‘earning’ its is the cassoid logo maybe cassoid had blueprints of it and those blueprints ended up on Neptune and was made at neomuna
