- No movement penalties whatsoever, full speed walking allows perfect aim
- Snapshot aiming and aerial aiming do not belong on snipers
- Bullet curving and aim assist need to be zero. Defeats the purpose of being a precision weapon when the game is hand holding.
- Shoot them dozens of times, even with high caliber rounds, does not flinch enough and they are allowed to retaliate, again not penalizing snipers enough
- Semiauto should never one shot to the head, that should be reserved for heavy ammo snipers and bolt action exclusively

There's no movement penalty for aiming, this isn't Counter Strike.
- Snapshot aiming and aerial aiming do not belong on snipers
Airborne aiming isn't a thing on snipers since the AE changes, they lose accuracy and AA enough to be unreliable even stacking to 100. And snap aiming is a thing in pretty much every FPS.
- Bullet curving and aim assist need to be zero.
