Is the firmware fully updated on that tv? Many hisense tvs have issues with 120fps when on factory firmware.

Yes. I just got it yesterday lol. But as soon as I set it up an update came thru. It's a brand new model literally just been out about a week. But my video settings key me think it's a Bungie issue. Because of you go to video settings on destiny 2 on PS5 at least for me and one other person I asked the "120hz only for crucible" is replaced with a second "HDR" toggle that is grayed out.

Edited by DHawk12: 9/3/2022 1:32:30 AM120fps crucible is also removed on my side as well and replaced with a 2nd hdr option lol. It’s not fully greyed out but the “on” font turns to blue when it’s disabled and white when it’s enabled. I still have 120fps in pvp though, have you tested to see if it’s actually enabled for you in pvp? If you don’t have things setup properly then it will be fully greyed out where you can’t do anything, that’s how it was before I got a 120hz tv.

Same as mine but its def 60fps in pvp
-
It works fine in other games. Had spiderman remastered running at 93fps
-
Does anything register when you press the left arrow on the 2nd hdr option (“apply changes” appearing at the bottom)?
-
Nothing at all. I even tried reset defaults and nothing
-
I guess it’s just a bug that started recently. I actually can’t even turn it off so I guess 120pvp is stuck to whatever the setting what at before the bug occurred.
-
Well that's good to know. I'm going to be ordering a new HDMI in case maybe mine is maybe causing connection issues and it's the cheapest thing to replace and try again lol. Maybe destiny requires more umph than Spider-Man and it's kicking my cables butt lol

Edited by DHawk12: 9/3/2022 2:07:37 AMProbably just another destiny bug. I recommend the monoprice 48gbps hdmi on amazon, I think I only paid $10-12 for it. It’s overkill but it’s future proofed.

Got the new cable. No change

I’ve seen others mention the issue you’re having, 99% sure it’s a bug that bungie needs to fix.

Turns out it is a big like you said and it's across both Xbox and ps5. They say if you need with the settings it locks it at 60. Someone had posted a warning about not messing with the video settings and 120 would be active. Clearly i didn't see this till today lol. Oh well live and learn lol

Yes, today I looked in the current issues and they added a 120hz not showing up in PS5 or Xbox

Yes and it did exactly what is happening to you but now the on won't turn blue at all and will not enter 120hz mode
