Hunter & entire vault has been wiped?
Hello mods!
I am a hunter main on Xbox & I had a vault FULL of stuff that I had acquired over the last 8 months with said hunter. I played with it last night and everything was fine. This morning, I go to play & my hunter was gone along with EVERYTHING in my vault. My account still shows that I’ve been playing since December 2021. My Bungie name has been changed (the numbers following the hash) also, but my login credentials are the same. All I am left with is a -blam!-Titan (I have never had or played with a titan before). Please help me, I am devastated.

It appears that you, or someone who has access to your Xbox account, has removed your characters and dismantled your vault. Bungie does not restore lost items or characters per their policy, found [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360048717732-Deleted-Item-and-Character-Policy]here[/url]. I would recommend that you change your credentials on your accounts, and enable two factor authentication where you can to ensure that no-one has access you don't intend.

3 RepliesYour account shows a character with 326 hours deleted. If you didn't do this someone else did and that character/vault and all contents cannot be retrieved once deleted manually like this. I'm really sorry but there is no other option but to start over. Account security is our responsibility. I'm really sorry this happened.
