i can't get access to the taipan-4fr quest

hello, everything is in the title, i can't get access to the "Foundry Resonance" quest... when i travel to the Enclave located on Mars, i don't have any quest on the left side of the foundry. anyone have the same issue or have a fix ? i havec finished the savathun campaign

Are your quests at full capacity? Maybe you need to complete all the seasonal first steps first?
