I play Destiny 2 on Xbox Series X and I've had no issues at all. The only way to get support is in this forum or at http://help.bungie.net. There is no way to talk to Bungie directly.
Have you tried the following...?
* Deleting the game and installing again?
* Doing a hard reset of your console? If you don't know how to do this, click the spoiler tag.
[spoiler]Hold down the power button on the console until it turns off
Remove the power cable from the rear of the console
Leave it off for 60 seconds
Reconnect power cable and turn your console back on.[/spoiler]

What? I'm trying to help you and this is a public forum, so I can reply if I want to. Have you tried the steps I mentioned? A simple "yes" or "no" is all I need. -
Did everything I know of still no go no show. Am stuck pissed off just need there help to send the update to me to allow me keep playing

Yes I have tried factory resetting my Xbox uninstalling the game reinstalling the game I've done that roughly around several times I've also tried to lower the frames per second also turning my TV Hz down still has the same problem like I've said before Microsoft has told me to contact bungie directly so the problem can be resolved my Xbox is working fine the problem is with bungie not my Xbox
