Trials this season is gonna be such a wake up call for all the pro-sbmm players here 😂

As it should be. Trials is still predatory. Just less so than in years past.

I can't wait until Bungie restricts 1 win resetting and Non-Flawless pool farming.

I don't know that it's exactly "cheating", but it definately ruins the experience for many players. Also, there is little in-game benefit from taking this action. At least farming Control gave you XP and weapons. There's even less of an excuse to farm Trials.

Leveraging an exploit is cheating.

I'm not sure that it is. Is it cheating to "cheese" Riven? Was it "cheating" to use grenade launchers when we knew they were bugged? These are examples of actual game exploits that you probably don't consider to be cheating. Resetting your card is not even a bug; it's in intended in-game option. The problem is that players are using that option to intentionally subvert the system to farm easy wins. Staying in the non-flawless pool is a similar weakness to Bungie's system. For some players, the idea of playing easy games outweighs the idea of earning flawless loot. Both of these issues have to be addressed by Bungie, because they're never going to be able to fix the core issue (that some players just want to see the world burn).

Yes. It’s cheating. But cheating in pve only ruins your own experience…

Edited by kellygreen45: 9/3/2022 2:51:09 PMYMMV. My point was that it doesn’t really impact others.
