SBMM is good. But not in QP. Any form of skill based mm in a “quick” playlist defeats the purpose of a quickplay playlist. If this SBMM trend continues, Bungie will be forced to go down the route of putting leaving penalties to be able to moderate and balance the games.
If QP gets quitting penalties we have (objectively speaking) recreated the competitive playlist at a lesser degree, meaning we’ve gone full circle and accomplished nothing.
Please, regardless of how much you love SBMM or hate SBMM, understand that this change being introduced in QP is ruining your game.

Wdym? Quickplay should always be skill based no matter what game you play, how is it fun for a new player who's new to gaming to match up against a 6 stack of no lifers that don't even give them a chance? If I've said it once I've said it a million times, sbmm only negatively effects stat padders, there's no real reason why anyone should be complaining about versing an equally skilled opponent, it's meant to be casual and fun, I don't want to have to sweat my hole and use the same weapons everyone else is using just to have fun, because thats not fun
