Need help with appeal please read
After weeks of asking and doing my best to try to get unban i finally get a response as to why i got banned. I don’t want to reveal or tell the whole thing since it’s no ones business nor does it even include me which i will explain here shortly. i got harassed and called a cheater blamed and accused for such and such etc during my attempt to reach out on the forums for help. Before anyone does the same thing and continues to verbally put me down let me briefly explain the situation. So since i had no clue why i got banned or even know why or how, i got a message and it stated that i participated in a activity and the main account owner got banned for it. I know it sounds confusing but let me go in depth. I was confused as well believe me because i only own one account (the one that got banned) so when i read it, the message was saying how i was on another account doing things i wasn’t supposed to be doing which is quite literally confusing when i didn’t do anything. And so only thing i could even think of was how my siblings play destiny which is my older brother. I showed him the message i got from a bng help account and he told me he knows what it was talking about and basically admitted to partake in a activity that the message mentioned. Do you understand how this is unfair and unjustified. And the same account my brother was playing on that was mentioned in the message is perfectly fine and still playable. and to top it off the message says “The Ban is final and there is no method to remove or appeal it”. So it’s fair to assume the situation and put the blame on me? Was it because i had 3k hours and dedicated my time and energy into the only game i love and every played the most? it’s quite unfair especially since i use destiny to cope with my mental issues i have such as anxiety depression and a others i don’t want to list for personal reasons. I already read and studied the tos and articles as to why i would be banned before i would receive the reasoning behind it. this isn’t like any other situation where someone did a recov or used a pc tool or whatever because im a console player. i’m just upset disappointed and in disbelief why i got the ban when i literally did nothing. Also here’s my email case number since i’ve yet to get a response 192550. Please any moderator ninjas or bng help members please please help me out here

Hello. We don't separate players from accounts. If your brother broke the rules that resulted in your ban, then your account still participated even if you personally did not. As we've said numerous times, the ban placed on your account is final and we are never going to remove it. The blame falls to your brother alone - not to us and not to you. Further threads and posts about this will result in a ban placed on your Bungie.net account.

No. Your account. Your responsibility. They make the rules we have to follow them. All you can do is start over or move on. Also please use paragraphs. -_-

Nope. Not unfair. The account partook in activities against Bungie policy & must face consequences…..doesn’t matter which user was on the account at the time. End of story. Bungie bans the account, not the player on the account. Give it up & move on. The account won’t be unbanned.
