Antiquarian relics 1 and 2 cannot be placed in the Helm?
I get no reaction from the "counter" opposite the Map for bounties
What am I missing? OR do I really have to spend lots time searching Google to find answers that would have been nice if supplied by the game

Hey there. Did you play the missions that give you the relics? 'Pirate Hideout: The Brute', and 'Pirate Hideout: The Sharpshooter'? If not, you need to progress further with the seasonal questline.
