Twitch Prime rewards still broken in Holliday's inventory
I wanted to bring this up because of the new DARCI bundle you can get on Twitch Prime. This has been an issue since at least the beginning of WQ. If there are too many unclaimed items, her inventory screen drops to a third of my framerate and gives me a blank page of no items to claim. Is this actually going to get fixed?

4 RepliesI'm still missing the last 5 or 6 prime gaming rewards, I've unlinked then relinked & still nothing at Amanda's 😭😡😠.

I am also having this issue. Can't get the darci pack from Amanda...... Even though it says claimed. Just like the starbirth emblem from watching the stream...... at least with that one it just randomly appeared

1 ReplySame, I still have 3 month's worth of rewards that's still not in Amanda's, even did the refresh thing at the partner page and relinked my accounts

I haven't received rewards since WQ began. They are somewhere in the aether. I have gone through all of the troubleshooting. These packs show as claimed. Everything shows linked. It would be really nice to get an update on if I will even see these items.

I have the same issue. The only thing that I did receive was the Magnetism Emblem but none of the other items have shown up at Amanda. Hopefully they see this and can get a fix in. Not sure how many I have pending but when a new one comes out I do get the emblems. Even though they aren't shown as a reward.

1 ReplySame boat, claimed my rewards yesterday after I installed the new game update but the rewards never appeared at Holiday. I checked my account linking but is still linked. This issue would be the reason I've been unable to redeem the rewards for a month or more.

2 RepliesI have triple checked all my linkings again but since linking twitch for lightfall stream to get emblem (which I also didn't get) I seem to have become ineligible for all Prime Gaming Drops in Destiny. I can see I have collected it on Prime Gaming, I can see my twitch account is linked and I am linked to Prime gaming with my bungie account. I had an issue with the last twitch drop as well. Can anyone offer insight on how to fix my linkings? I've removed and re-added links a few times now and still nothing Edit: I have also looked at the bungie partners, drops are not showing there after refreshing either. I used to have no issue with Prime Gaming but since linking Twitch to bungie.net it has become an issue

Bump on this as I'm experiencing the same issue. Logged back in today after update and acquired MOST of my past Twitch Prime bundles from Amanda, and picked up about 20 months of loot, but was missing the August 2022 (Flip Out Exotic) and September 2022 (D.A.R.C.I. Exotic) bundles. The two missing bundles do not appear on my DIM, and my Partner Reward History page just simply does not work. All of my Prime claims used to show up on the Reward History page, but it has since been wiped, and now shows nothing, and hitting the "Missing Prime Rewards? If you're missing a twitch drop reward that you earned, you may need to refresh your rewards." button does not work either. This is getting ridiculous.

I haven't received anything for the last 4 drops. I claimed the new DARCIE pack this morning and when I logged in Amanda's point was blinking on the map. Went to her and there was nothing except the normal ships and sparrows that she sells. They don't even show on the app as others have said it does for them.

I have the same problem. Twitch even says that I have successfully claimed all of them items, and that both of my accounts are successfully linked, but I don't see them either in game, in DIM, or in my App at all.. So I don't know if it's me, or if it's Bungie... or both? I'm not sure, this has never happened.

Try checking now after the update, mine finally showed and it was about 24 months worth. Everything seemed to be there, you collect most of what's listed and repopulates with what's left until you've claimed everything or that's how it worked for me.

Same problem here. Can see the items in DIM but get a black screen and fps drops when taking to Amanda. Would love to try some of the weapons out.

Same here. IMHO they could atleast make a better effort to inform players (especially returning players) that there is a tiny problem with this..

Double check either the companion app, DIM, or anything like that. If you see the items in Amanda's inventory, but you get a blank screen when you approach her in game, that's a bug that Bungie is aware of and working on a fix for. It's been happening for a hot minute, and there's no ETA on a fix yet, but... they at least know about it.

I'm also having the same problem, I would like to buy the dlc but I can't even redeem what I already have.
