The last time I checked I had a lot of Prime Gaming rewards I hadn't claimed in Amanda Holliday vendor. I hadn't played for a long time, and recently just reinstalled the game on Steam. When I went to check the Prime Gaming rewards to claim them, they were all missing. Nothing at all.
I assumed it might have had something to do with me changing my Twitch name recently, or perhaps when I changed my Amazon account email. Anyway, I unlinked and relinked and reauthorized my Amazon Prime Gaming & Bungie.net accounts, as well as linked my Twitch account to my Bungie.net account. I did that at least twice so far. And still when I login in to the game I do not see any of my unclaimed Prime Rewards at Amanda Holliday.
I've even claimed new Prime Rewards today after linking everything back up, and even today's Prime Gaming rewards are not showing up either. Why aren't my new claimed rewards not even showing up even after relinking and reauthorizing my Amazon/Twitch/Bungie.net accounts before claiming the rewards at Amazon Prime Gaming? What am I doing wrong?
What do I need to do to recover my lost Prime Gaming rewards? I've looked at my "Partner Rewards" page in my account and it lists only two instances of Prime Gaming rewards (offer 12 dated Dec. 12,2020; offer 31 dated Aug. 31,2022). That doesn't seem all encompassing as I know I've claimed many more rewards than just two, as should be obvious by my referenced screenshot of my rewards when I last checked them (there's many more listed in Prime Gaming that aren't visible in the screenshot). Can anyone please give me a step by step process in how I might go about resolving this issue? I don't know what I can do that I haven't already tried. Thanks.

We essentially have more items available at her than her window has available slots, which bricks it for us. Bungie is aware of this but hasn't been doing anything about it, and it's been months. I doubt they even read these forums much. I also find it a joke that the "contact" form listed in the Prime FAQ's just throws you here into the community forums. Very professional... You can test whether she has your items or not via the Destiny 2 Companion app on your phone. It shows the items she's supposed to have there.
