I submitted a support ticket about this, I got banned during the day one raid, about an hour into our raid. I still haven't heard anything, I've reached out to everyone I can think of to try to get this resolved. Is there anyway to find out at least what I was banned for?
I have 5 kids, 4 of us play Destiny on PC. We have 5 computers here that we play on, my boys have computers at their Mom's house and and my Mom's house. We play wherever we go and sometimes we play on each other's computers, whether we're on our own accounts or sometimes helping each other out?
We been playing Destiny since D1 Alpha on PlayStation. None of us have ever had any issues with TOS related anything. We're not toxic, we don't do recoveries, we don't use cheats, etc.
We just play the game the way it's meant to be played, with family and friends and everyone that knows us knows that we don't do anything that would get our accounts taken away from us.
So, in the end I'm just really confused and I don't know what else to do. Could someone please find this message and please help me, this Dad would appreciate anything you could do. I've played for nearly 6000 hours on Steam and I still love this game, always have and I've been a really good ambassador that doesn't stream, but I get people into the game that sometimes might otherwise pass on a game like Destiny.
Thank you in advance,
Please help,

21 RepliesIf an application designed to read and modify the memory of other applications at runtime was detected targeting the Destiny 2 game client directly. This is, at minimum, a violation of Bungie's policies against runtime analysis. It is the responsibility of each player to understand what software is running on their device and how it interacts with other applications. The data leading to your ban has been reviewed and validated. Your punishment will not be overturned and is not eligible for appeal.
We do not ban players for simply having cheat tools installed, but do ban for running them while playing Destiny 2. We do not differentiate between cheat tools for Destiny 2 and cheat tools for other games because it would be easy to avoid a ban by making a Destiny 2 cheat tool that pretends to be a cheat tool for another game. Make sure you turn all cheat tools off before running Destiny 2 and you won’t have to worry about bans.
(source)
