Mobile App, Steam, Servers

With each season, your mobile app (iOS/Android) works worse and worse. Since the beginning of season 18, it is almost impossible to buy contracts in the mobile app: it says "failed to purchase an item". But after a few attempts, the contract is bought. And sometimes it happens that a contract has been bought, but in the app from the merchant shows that the contract is not purchased. What happens to your application and servers? Why is the mobile app's connection to your servers so disgusting? I'm not even talking about DIM - it's half-dead and only comes to life in the morning when there aren't that many players. Instead of creating all sorts of things for money, you'd better solve problems with the technical part... You also, still can't solve the problem with logging into your bungie.net account via your Steam account. When will all these problems be solved?

  • This, it painfully slow,not working at times, etc. The list is too long to put down here, but everything you say is true. Sometimes when i want to logintoo my bungie account i get a 503 error, or it randomly says my account is not linked, ingame while i played for hours. Very unnoying, and DIM is just unusable at times. It literly takes minutes for my gear to arrive. Hope they fix this issue ASAP, or put a announcement of the problems online why this issue occurs. Be transparent too the player base with these kind of issues please.
