No rewards from Twitch Prime/No drops
I have linked all of my accounts,like it was said.I have been claiming the rewards from the last December 2021. But,I didn't had the character back then. Few days ago,I decided to start the game and I did made the character. And once I have finished the tutorial,and went to the tower to claim my rewards,they weren't there. So,did I collect the rewards just so I can't claim them or did I do something wrong? Please help.

1 ReplySame problem. Everything linked cross save on but i cant see anything i have claimed from twitch in the last almost year. it says after a year they dissappear. How do i not lose the stuff i have claimed but not recieved! Bungie please help.

I have the same problem and a notification that i have granted prime gaming permission 9 moths ago reclaim the last two moths and don´t have either of boths

I also have this issue, I tried re-linking a couple of times, and I know for a fact I had rewards still stowed away at Amanda like additional ships and ornaments. Hopefully this is fixed as I really don't know what more we can do :(

Same situation, claimed them over a period of time and amanda holiday's icon notifies me she has something for me but the first box is empty. I have tried refreshing and nothing work

same for me, I've unlinked the accounts and relinked. It all should work but it doesn't. I've got all the stuff before no problem.

Same. Also when i go to inventory in my twitch, it says you are eligible for starlight emblem but when i go to partner rewards its empty. I have clicked the refresh button and checked collections -> flair -> Flair. The emblem is not there.

I have the exact same problem, but my char was done from day one from Destiny2 release. all my twitch prime rewards since January 2022 are missing, and Amanda Holidays not showing any rewards, even the August rewards are missing, Bungie devs/support can you help with this out plz?

Double check either the companion app, DIM, or anything like that. If you see the items in Amanda's inventory, but you get a blank screen when you approach her in game, that's a bug that Bungie is aware of and working on a fix for. It's been happening at least since May, and there's no ETA on a fix yet, but... they at least know about it.

I'm having the same issue with the Starbirth emblem drop from the Lightfall reveal stream. Was at work that day but I was able to have the stream going to get the drop, but have not been able to claim it in any way or redeem it on my account. Although it's just an emblem and nothing really game changing, was really wishing I could get it to work and not sure why it isn't working at all.

same. i havent played destiny 2 for like one and a half year but i redeemed every drop on twitch. when i am on the tower there is the"signal" on amanda but when i talk to her there is nothing i can redeem and it lags a lot
