Just to give an update on the situation. As a heads up across all of this: There have never been huge spikes or numbers in temp across my CPU or GPU or anything like that. Everything has always been monitoring at a healthy level. When I first had these issues everything with stock standard with no overclocking or messing with BIOS, etc. - Did a fresh clean install of windows. Only downloaded Chrome, Steam and Discord. Once Steam was downloaded I downloaded Destiny 2. Ran the game. The game crashed within 10 minutes again with the same error code and the video playing on twitch crashed almost immediately. - I updated my bios. Game still crashed very quick as well as the twitch video. - I changed my bios AI Overlock Tuner to run XMP II from auto. The game seemed to run for longer, twitch ran for a little longer. They both crashed with Destiny running for close to an hour. - I changed the settings from XPM II to Auto again. Both crashed reasonably quickly again. - I turned off the Multicore Enhancement within Bios. Both crashed again pretty quick. - I kept that turned off and changed the AI Overlock Tuner to XPM I. Since then twitch has stayed on longer (maybe around 15 minutes) and it will either crash or the video will freeze, although the audio will keep playing and it will keep playing for as long as I don't kill the browser. Destiny played for 2 hours and didn't crash at all in this time. If I tried to do much in the browser while Destiny was up it was either frozen or killed the browser and made it crash with error reports to send. I really don't think it's my computer at all. I posted the paste bin in the thread above although at glance I have: RTX 3080TI 12GB 32GB RAM DDR4 3200 (I do have 4x 8, although I doubt that's really the issue here). i9-12900KF Intel Processor (watercooled and the whole PC has great cooling and airflow). Inwin P Series P85 850W 80 Plus Gold Full Modular PSU I think these specs alone are enough to run the game very well. I have only encountered these issues since coming back in Arc 3.0 and didn't have these issues at the expansion launch or solar 3.0 launch and the first few weeks into that. I don't have these issues with any other games at all, even games that seem to be more demanding than Destiny 2. I have purchased a ROG-THOR-1000P2-GAMING PSU as I was planning on upgrading the PSU anyway, but I highly doubt this is going to be the solution as my current PSU should be more than enough to power everything that's stated above. I also don't think having 4 sticks of 8GB RAM is going to be causing the issue. I really do think it's something to do with the optimization of the game itself. Hopefully I can at least get a response from you Bungie Support rather than feeling like I am yelling in a large forest and trying to work my way around this issue.

 • Just to give another update on this. Everything is underclocked on my computer. I have brought and replaced: My PSU to at 1000W Asus Rog Thor Platinum (which is overkill but that is what it is, overkill not under). Swapped my 4x 8BG DDR4 CL18 3600 Ram to 2x 16GB CL18 3600 RAM Tried 6 different versions of NVIDIA drivers that on the web I could see as "most people say is stable for Destiny". Have played games like PUBG, The Cycle Frontier, Warcraft 3 with even chrome playing things or watching Discord streams. No problems whatsoever Even if I just have Destiny by itself, the maximum it will stay up is 1 hour and then crashes. I have no idea and it just sucks and I just feel that there won't ever be a fix considering it's a small number of people that have this same issue (that are at least posting on reddit/these forums) and that all the effort and money I have spent trying to fix it is to no avail. How am I meant to really considering doing even master nightfalls or the new raid when I have no idea when I will drop out and it's an hour max? So stupid and disappointing and have basically confirmed that it's not my hardware that's the issue, it MUST be the games optimization with peoples hardware. Every person I have discussed this with has said it's such a random issue and people have given up trying to help me debug it because it's just leading no where. :'((
