I don't know why, but you describing how the scented candle has failed to impress you made me laugh.
I like the mug, though. I wish I had a fancy mug. I'm too busy buying other little knick knacks when I buy stuff for myself, though and when my family buys me stuff it's usually just a poster or some form of Pokemon merch. My mummy went to Texas, though, and brought me back this shirt with a skull on it, which is a thing, I guess. I don't mind having skulls on my clothes, but I'm not a big fan of this particular skull, with all the weird flames and stuff. Day of the Dead skulls usually have flowers on them, why didn't I get one of those? :(
I wish you luck on your tabletop game thingie. I probably could join a stream like that, but I would probably be very uncomfortable, so I understand how you feel. :p
I would very much enjoy to see the rest of that story should you finish it, but also don't let it get in the way of your more serious writing. I have made that mistake before, and some of my stories are now dead because of it. >.>
Of course, assuming you're writing on a computer and not paper, you can always send me bits and pieces of whatever you're working on anyway, if you'd like some critique and whatnot!
. . .
I should really get in the habit of sharing stories again, too.
I would say you can borrow my rain, because we've been getting a lot up here lately, but please don't do that. I like rainy days.
I do not wish brain malfunction upon you. I wish you happiness, rainbows, and sunshine! :D

No amount of kindness could ever make up for the heat.

It's not the heat...
...it's the humidity. This phrase rings true here, as it feels like you're swimming when you go to the outside world.
Especially in the hill country, so many friendly mom and pop bakery’s. As for Houston, let’s just say if you honk at the wrong person on the freeway you might get shot.
