Hi,
I couldn't claim the previous season pass rewards as the account selector on the redeem page only showed Xbox whereas my licenses are on PC.
Based on someone's resolution I found on a post here, I unlinked the accounts. This has reverted my PC account and I'm no longer able to access my characters.
Can the cross save cooldown please be reverted? I've lost access to all my characters and the new season starts in a couple of days.

1 ReplyYour save data through Cross-Save is the active save data. When logging into Bungie.net, please log in using your active save data. If you log in with the platform you're playing on but not the one your save data is from, you'll see the main info for that platform, not your actual save data you're using. Can you please share a link to the erroneous post that led you to believe disabling Cross-Save was the resolution to your issue?

So there's no way for me to play the season I've paid for? I no longer own an Xbox. Is this a volunteer forum? What are the contact details for customer service?
