Hi there!
Is the game installed on your internal hard drive? Is it an HDD or an SSD?

Despite having a one TB SSD 980 from Samsung, it's not a hardware problem, because games like MW2, Fortnite or Valorant run great on my PC

Thank you. Error code MARMOT is an error code that could be related to corrupted files or may indicate a potential hard drive issue. I would recommend running a chkdsk on an elevated command prompt on the hard drive that has Destiny 2 installed and make sure that there are no errors with your drive. You can simply run it as chkdsk to do a read-only verify of the drive. Also, third party antivirus solutions may inadvertently flag Destiny 2 as unsafe. I would make sure your antivirus definitions are up to date and nothing in the Destiny 2 application folder is getting flagged as malicious.

I got the PC on August 3rd, and on the same day I installed Steam, Nvidia and Destiny 2 drivers and other games. I don't think it's a hardware problem in the least, because the same day I installed Destiny 2, I had this "MARMOT" error code, despite having reinstalled Destiny 2 many times and repaired the files many times.

I feel your pain man. Ever since they added BattleEye to the game I have been suffering from constant MARMOT crashes. I've tried all of their " fixes" over a 100 times and nothing. Before the season where they added BattleEye I never had this issue and I've been playing since 2018 on PC. I ran "chkdsk" a million times, reinstalled windows 2 times and I'm a 100% certain that it's not a hardware issue on my part since this is the only game where I experience crashes every 15mins. I play games that are 10 times more hardware demanding than destiny and have 0 problems on them. Bought the deluxe edition of Witch Queen and I feel -blam!- scammed out of my 80$ because the crashes make this already buggy game incredibly unplayable. Every time my game crashes I am filled with regret for wasting my money on this god forsaken company.

I know how you feel. If I see that the game has the same problems, I will most likely continue it on consoles as I always have (Xbox Series X), if instead with the new update they have made improvements, then I will switch to PC, because I do not want to spend as much money for having an error whose fault is theirs. I received the PC on August 3rd and this problem was there even before I received the PC, so don't tell me it's a Hardware, SSD, RTX or RAM problem, because this is the only game where gives me problems, the other 0 problems
