Does anyone know a better way to get to Bungie store support?
I ordered 2 pre-order items (the VOD pin and raid Jacket) back in March, and one should be shipping later this month. I put an address on there, but I'm moving to a different address for the next year. I just want to change my shipping address.
I put my new address in the support request along with both order numbers asking to change it, but that was nearly 4 weeks ago and I've had absolutely no response. It seems if it gets to where it should be shipping this month, it'll ship to the wrong address. I don't want that to happen and it's not like it's a last minute change - it was a whole month ago. I also don't want to submit more tickets because it says every additional ticket will change my response order to the later ticket, but it's now just getting to the point where it's urgent, and it's quite annoying that it's happening.
Bungie store is like... My favorite store and I've bought over half a dozen things over the years and it's disappointing as a recurring customer that I'm struggling to simply change a shipping address on what is a total of some odd $200 worth of orders.
There has to be some quicker way
