I need help, I lost all my player data!

So, I was trying to activate cross save because I’m moving to pc, and after I did that all my player data disappeared on both my console and pc. It says my characters are inactive. I tried de activating cross save but it won’t let me because I bought silver a couple weeks ago. Please I need a Bungie Dev to help me. I’ve been trying for days and nothing is working. Please someone help!

Our records show that you set Steam to be the active Cross Save platform for your account. In your situation you would have had to set Xbox to be the active platform so that your Xbox characters could be accessed across other linked platforms. Your Xbox characters and profile have been obscured by the Steam account overriding them, but you will be able to access them again after you disable Cross Save. Due to your mentioned recent Silver purchases, there is unfortunately no way to reduce or circumvent the 90-day wait before being able to deactivate Cross Save. Please note that after the 90-day wait has elapsed, by security policy deactivating Cross Save will initiate a further 90-day wait period before Cross Save can be activated again. Bungie is not able to forcibly remove connected platform accounts from profiles under any circumstances.
