I need help, I lost all my player data!

So, I was trying to activate cross save because I’m moving to pc, and after I did that all my player data disappeared on both my console and pc. It says my characters are inactive. I tried de activating cross save but it won’t let me because I bought silver a couple weeks ago. Please I need a Bungie Dev to help me. I’ve been trying for days and nothing is working. Please someone help!

  • Sounds like you set cross save up wrong. Only way to fix it is to wait the 90 day silver purchase lockout then wait an additional 90day cross save lock out. Which both can not be altered or shorten for any reason
