Aim assist needs a toggle

The option to disable the assist should cover (at least) the following: 1) aim assist on gun barrels. 2) movement (=pursuit) with heavy melee of cyclone swords*. 3) aim assist for powered throwing melees, which depowers them if deemed close enough. * Ex.: Falling Guillotine

  • You are just too passive with your right stick movement. Yes this game does have higher than average aa, especially on PC, but you still need to keep actively aiming and adjusting. Otherwise when another enemy moves across your reticle it will drag you slightly off your intended target and thus lose the aim assist you had on them. PS you are absolutely correct about the tanks though, they do have too much aa. I think probably a bug. They have like 5x as much friction as any other enemy for some reason, and will actually move your reticle.
