The Corrupted is, and always has been an embarrassing mess in GM

After farming Proving Grounds, the Hollowed Layer and Warden of Nothing quite a bit I have to say the Corrupted is the most inconsistent mess in the GM rotation. This strike is not hard, the champions are manageable, most of the encounters are manageable and the boss is not necessarily a challenge at all. 100% it's down the infallibly horrible boss behavior, knock-ups, knockbacks, spinning rocks that randomly kill people on levels above where you're jumping down somewhere, fireteam members getting stuck dead in taken plane. If you don't kill her in your initial encounter you're just flipping a coin on the final encounter. Bungies physics are known to be horribly inconsistent at the best of times, taking this reality into the final encounter of the Corrupted is just a tornado of "this isn't fun". Please remove this strike completely from the GM rotation now and forever or find a way to make it actually reasonable because in it's current state it's something most only suffer through to acquire the weapon dropping from it. This a just a grueling experience. Edit: People keep commenting about strike difficulty which means they have wholly lost the essence of the post. This is not a "this GM is too hard post". Been quite a few inflammatory "git gud" esque kicks. This is just a strike that tends to create very bad experiences. Destiny has always had super inconsistent and extremely wonky physics. This strike mechanics and enemies are not the problem. The gauntlet of physics that can't be controlled is.

    Corrupted is not exactly easy, but it's nothing compared to the first time it was available as a GM. It was absolutely nuts. Took my buddies and me (all gilded Conquerors x5 now) 13 tries back then even after watching Aztecross spend an entire day figuring it out. Corrupted isn't even in the same ballpark as Lightblade, really. One big tip is to pick a class that can handle the boss boops (any Hunter or Well lock with Icarus Dash makes it dang near impossible to die). Edit: I don't mean to sound elitist, but four of the other five were too easy this season. There need to be difficult GMs in rotation to give some sort of challenge.
