I bought a brand new copy of PS4 Destiny: Taken King (Legendary Edition). DLC shows up in PS Store. I click on confirm, but am given error code ‘WS-45486-7’. I talked to PlayStation support and they confirmed that the DLCs are expired and to contact Bungie.net. There’s no email, phone #, or online chat I can see to contact anyone. I just want to give my son the extra levels he has been wanting so bad to play.
Can I get 2 replacement DLCs for the expired ones? Who/where can I go to contact someone to get an answer? He’s a huge fan. He has a couple shirts & PS4 Destiny Limited Edition big box.

Hey don't quote me on this, as it had been several years since I played D1, but I think you shouldn't have to bother with it, those levels and content have since been granted to all D1 players regardless of owning the DLC. Hope this helps!

1 ReplyNope. All D1 codes expired years ago and you should not have been sold D1 as anything other than the base game. Bungie can not help you as dlc codes were issued by the platform provider as they are designed to work with their store... also game and dlc licences are controlled by the platform you bought it on not by Bungie. Your only option is to get a refund and then buy the D1 pack off your console's store.
