Like how did Zavala not know Osiris had returned from the Infinite Forest after Curse of Osiris, also did we ever get some catch up on how Zavala feels about Osiris being back? Ya know since he was banished, and he is the most powerful Guardian in history, and who also happens to have an entire army of Guardians that are loyal to him...? And not loyal to the City etc.

He didn’t bother with it because Ikora handled Curse of Osiris. Why would we need to know what Zavala thinks? He didn’t banish anyone. Zavala knows for a fact there wouldn’t be a city if not for Osiris. Loyalty isn’t the issue. The Speaker didn’t want him messing with the Vex and causing trouble. The major split was what was the greater threat to focus on. So Guardians who followed Osiris cared about the City, they just thought the Vanguard was being short sighted. Guardians are not required to follow the Vanguard either. They can do as they please.

8 RepliesWhen was the last time you played? Because Osiris has been stripped of his light.

Ikora is the most powerful guardian ever, she is on the level of superman , I haved stared alien gods in the face, but she scares me a little , it's why our guardian doesn't talk, afraid of saying the wrong thing and pissing her off, she could erase the black fleet and witness with her mind, but she wants us to feel important Also, The Factions had armies of Guardians loyal to them , didn't matter ,wasn't convenient to the story

Zavala was more than likely aware about Osiris's whereabouts following CoO, but likely didn't care since Osiris actively chose to stay out of the Last City until after being possessed by Savathun. With all of the events during and after his possession though, Zavala is probably more concerned about Osiris's personal wellbeing rather than whatever remains of his cult.

Zavala is fine with him. Osiris never cared about the cult that worshipped him.
