Have you tried restoring your licenses on the new console?

Glad that it worked for you. While I'm not sure how the transferring of account information is handled when going from a PS4 to a PS5, I do know that I had to redownload some of my games when I went from a Xbox One to a Series X even though the transfer process indicated all my games were moved.
