I am missing the Ice Ball Effects Transmat from collections. It was acquired from a bright engram in the Season 2 Dawning, which was around Christmas 2017. It is clearly on my ship, and therefore should be in my collections, but it is not.
I play on PC, bungie name is Hamburglar#2303.
I've put in 2 Bungie help requests for this issue, responses posted below.
1st response:
Many cosmetic items acquired through a Bright Engram or purchased using Bright Dust can be reacquired using the appropriate Collection in the character inventory screens. Bungie does not restore items that have been intentionally or accidentally deleted from a player’s account.
2nd response:
Destiny Player Support has reviewed your comments on Help Request 174079.
Unfortunately, our contact form and agents are not set up to investigate this issue.
Please can I just have my Transmat Effect back?

Edited by Mugzy2: 6/17/2022 9:38:54 PMKeep bugging them. You bought the item or acquired the item obviously since you have it applied to your current ship and now it's missing. Try to bug them on Twitter too. There is no way you accidentally deleted it from your account since you cant actually delete stuff out of your collections. So their first response is ridiculous and probably just some copy/paste. Their second is weird too considering that form you used is used for missing Eververse items. If they don't have the ability to fix that then what is their purpose of even having that form? Just to waste the time of customers until they give up? Besides bugging them elsewhere about it I'd reply to that ticket where they said they couldn't help and ask what form you should fill out for a missing eververse item if not the missing purchases form with the subsection for missing eververse items. TBH it just seems like they're trying to get rid of your ticket with minimal effort. Their lack of help for a customer having something from Eververse go missing and being unobtainable from collections even is not a good look.
