Update on PS4 go to (Settings) -> (Account Management) -> (sign out) -> (sign in) -> (Restore Licenses). Then start D2 back up and check if it worked. It worked for me I tried a couple of things before that with no luck. If it’s a known issue I don’t see why it isn’t disabled until fixed.
