That's gotta be rough on the body, switching between eyeballs and human forms. I hope she has a high metabolism and takes her vitamins every day.

Y’know, I’ve actually spent way more time than I should have debating whether or not Iris needs to eat an obscene amount of food. Like, most of the time she’s shapeshifted into this huge invisible web spanning the entire city, and realistically she’d need a ton of food to keep up a body size that big. But also realistocally, how would those nutrients even flow throughout her body? Tiny web strings aren’t big enough to have a stomach. So I decided she only needs as much food as a regular girl would, and that all her growths beyond her core are sustained by MAGIC!
Also I had my pre-edit response all ready to go, and then you went and changed it up on me! I was gonna be all like “Oh, it won’t eat her, just throw her off a skyscraper!” and then work in a joke about the supposedly primordy oil being only being, like, 10.
Hmm, right, i suppose her bmi would be a lot different if she's a giant invisible eyeball monster. Technically, if the eyeball monster doesn't eat, then she'd only need to retain nutrients in human form, then her eyeball monster form could move the nutrients around to nexus points that need. Where's that health gym guy that was around a few months ago? He could prolly figure it out Then again, bEcUZ magic is a classic technique that never fails
my pre-edit response did bring up some good points, but she's a shaprshifter. She could BECOME a stick!
If I needed a gym nut to help me figure it out, I’d just ask my mummy. :p But I suppose the strings moving nutrients away from the core around the body could work, but then she’d have to spend sooo much time eating. Either way, I actually really like the idea she has a “core”, where all her organs are and whatnot. Adds a weakness, as she’s completely op otherwise. Literally immortal, and stuff. But honestly, most of her shapeshifting body sustaining itself supernaturally isn’t even that much of a stretch compared to some of the other powers these people have. :p
Indeed she could. The hypothetical primordy oil entity would never see it coming!
