Since Crossplay became a thing a lot of people have complained about the unstable connection. In every Crucible match with people from other systems it’s a guarantee that they will teleport.
You have been banning and restricting people for “bad connection” when in reality is your Peer 2 Peer connection model.
Can you acknowledge publicly that there is something wrong and you are looking to fix it? Or are you going to continue and play deaf so you don’t look bad to your stakeholders?

Reading this thread made me realise how desperate this forums need a inteligence test before people can post here

1 ReplyFrom my experience in the Crucible so far (mostly Rumble) I haven't encountered any issues with players' connections on other platforms. Where are all these horror stories about Destiny 2's crossplay coming from?

8 RepliesI have 300mbps fiber. I don’t really come across too many problems. On PS5, maybe that helps things? I also don’t use an ethernet cable so…

2 RepliesFunny that you directly spoke to the "community managers" lol. If you want their attention, your post should have a title similar to this: "Oh Bungie thank you so much, i love your game so much wowozer woo, i found so many friends throough your game and it's getting more awesome with every patch and you guys are so awesome, all your work is so awesome wow i love you so much you made me a better person wow."

I have not seen this issue. From what I have been seeing/reading. It’s mostly European based people experiencing it. Then again. Could be only ones I have noticed posting about it.

100% needs a fix and a response to these issues in PvP regarding Crossplay. -
Agreed. It’s so bad that I’ve stopped playing pvp. And that is where I used to spend most of my time.

I know I had a kill yesterday day where the shot an the death guarantee looked like I shot through a wall 🤣 -
4 RepliesHonestly, I crossplay with my clan, and never had an issue. While a lot of people suffer from this, I find the consistent common denominator is always Xbox. Not to bag on them, but there's just something wrong with their network configuration that doesn't play nice with Steam or PS. Now, of course, correlation does not equate to causation, but I find all the Xbox players blame PS or Steam, but PS - Steam connections don't have issues...so that only leaves one variable.

1 ReplyIf it‘s guaranteed for you that someone is teleporting in your lobby I‘d check your connection my friend.

38 RepliesI mean console players tend to play on 50kbps wifi with the router in their neighbors house. So I wonder why people are teleporting. Only fix is to punish people in game for bad internet.

2 RepliesI would love for some official acknowledgement of this issue. This is the single worst part of the game right now. Everything else is doing very well, but cross-console pvp connections. The lack of ANY comment from Bungie has caused many to give up on improvement and go to COD for their pvp play. Connections there are stable and you can block people that cheat or have bad connections and YOU'LL NEVER MATCH WITH THEM AGAIN! Aztecross, Fallout Plays, and Coolguy have all done videos on the subject. Please at least acknowledge the issue so your community feels heard!!!

Everyone’s been asking for Dedicated since D1 and they still didn’t put it into D2 let alone whatever their next foray is.

1 ReplyAm I the only one with good internet and don't run into people teleporting? I live in Alaska and I don't have a problem.
