The possible solution i found was on steam forums that helped fixed Errorcode: Marmot. "I saw a few people say to try and delete everything in the Destiny 2 folder apart from packages file and then verify the files. My friend was having the same problem with his Destiny 2 on the PC. What we did is right click Destiny 2 in Steam> properties> Local files> Browse> delete all files except for "packages". Once you've done that go to steam> right click Destiny 2> Properties> local files> Verify integrity of game files. Once it downloads the missing files, open destiny 2 and the game will verify game content, and then he was able to play.
