Hello,
Yes it's me again..
Yes still Broccoli...
So far my friends and discovering how this error actually happens and why it gets triggered, it seems like that the shader cache is triggering the error code...
Disabling the Shader-Cache in the Nvidia systemcontrol actually fixes the problem so far - the problem is now that the game doesn't run after it.. It works for 15 to 30 mins normal then the missing cache kicks in and the fps are dropping like rain... Until it isn't payable anymore.
I mean yeah paying with 12 fps is nice... Kappa
The windows event look says it crashes because a pre-memory-leak and it kinda is right because of the cache system.
So something somehow is not right in the game engine itself...
BTW before someone comes up and tells me to update my drivers and pc... EVERYTHING IS UP TO DATE! I REALLY MEAN EVERYTHING!
So if someone really has a good idea to fix it or just having good thoughs about to get rid of it so let me know.
Kind regards
SCHROMI

1 ReplyI started getting 'Broccoli' last night when I was loading into a strike. Then, while unable to close the game via the taskbar or Steam launcher, the sound continued to play at half it's normal speed. Once I got Destiny closed through Task Ma-blam!-, my sound was gone altogether. It happened again just now, while I was in orbit after loading the game for the first time since yesterday's crash. Trying to play a paused YT video informs me that both video and sound are now slowed. I'll restart my computer to see if something in today's update patches it, but yikes.
