What I mean by the question is this: Do you miss the kind of Iron Banner where it changed game mode each time it came back to the game?
Back in D1, we had 5 modes for Iron Banner by the time we got to Rise of Iron. They were Clash, Control, Rift, Supremacy and Mayhem. Each time the Iron Banner returned, it usually changed and gave a refreshing way to earn the playlists loot without it getting "stale"
The problem I currently have, and I think a good few people might agree with me on this... Iron Banner Control has gotten stale. It's clear most players, whether it be in Normal or Freelance, aren't playing to the best of their abilities and are in turn just playing for the sake of the bounties or questline. It definitely becomes apparent when Mercy Rules become more common as the Iron Banner week progresses, with mid-match departures becoming more common too as a result.
Personally, I just want the cycling of game modes to return for Iron Banner, and I would like it to come with the Witch Queen DLC. Heck, I wouldn't mind if they gave Iron Banner Gambit a trial... give us Iron Banner versions of Gambit Weapons, old and new. I know most people wouldn't like it but at least it would be a change of pace from the Control setup we currently have.
